Nursing​

Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), Full-Time, Days, Evenings, and NOC: As part of the care team and a patient advocate, the LVN assesses, plans and implements the nursing care of patients in the skilled nurse setting.  Responsible for ensuring continuity of care by providing direct care as well as through supervising the care provided by the Certified Nursing Assistants and other support staff members. $8,000 sign on bonus ($2,000 at sign on, $3,000 at 90 days, $3,000 at 1 year)

Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), Full-Time and Part-Time: Provide support and assistance to residents with activities of daily living to include bathing, dressing, eating, and social activities. New grads welcomed. $3,000 sign on bonus ($1,000 at sign on, $1,000 at 90 days, $1,000 at 1 year)

Admission Coordinator & Infection Preventionist, Full-Time, Tuesday – Saturday Under the direction of the DON, Admission Coordinator/Infection Preventionist (AC/IP) will assist with the ultimate responsibility for admission coordination plans for the total care of each resident to ensure compliance with physicians’ orders, and State and Federal regulations. Provides back-up and support to licensed staff in contacts with physicians, staff and family regarding resident’s needs, facility policies, government regulations and rendering coordination of care by nursing personnel. The (AC/IP) is also responsible for the implementation and follow through of the Infection Prevention and Quality Assurance Program. Under the direction of the DON, the AC/IP is responsible for the admission/discharge planning of the residents

Ward Clerk, Full-Time: Maintaining census and assignment documentation. Answer the phone and direct calls as appropriate in a courteous professional manner.  Assist staff and residents with scheduling of campus events, medical referrals and beauty shop needs. Assist with resident care including assisting with meals daily and fulfilling Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A.) responsibilities as needed.

Health Aide, Full Time & Part-Time (Friday and Saturday ONLY):  Provide support and assistance to residents with activities of daily living to include bathing, dressing, eating, medications and social activities. Experience as a Home Health Aide, CNA, EMT, Medical Assistant, or similar experience is preferred.

Activities Assistant, Full-Time: Activities assistant will carry out the activities that they or superiors organize. They explain rules of the activity and teach residents as needed. Then, they organize and set out equipment and supplies and supervise the activities to increase enjoyment and prevent injury. They also spend individual time with residents to help them be active and to modify activities to suit individual capabilities. They also safeguard and account for residents when taking them on field trips and other activities outside the facility. Shift: Friday-Saturday 12:00pm-8:30pm; Sunday-Monday 6:30am-3:00pm

Nutrition Services

Cook, Full-Time: Cook position prepares meals according to menu cycles; monitors methods of food handling, preparation, meal service and equipment cleaning. This person reports directly to the Nutrition Services Director.

Dietary Aide, Full-Time: Dietary Aide position assists the cooks in food tray meal preparation, stocking supplies, cleaning the kitchen and fulfilling meal orders, This position reports to the Lead Cook.
